Not at all. Reading is always optional. Some people prefer to listen, follow along silently, or participate through discussion. All forms of engagement are welcome and valid.

Sessions are designed with this in mind. Scripts are read in small sections, pacing is gentle, and support is offered in a way that makes it easy to follow along. There is no expectation to remember previous sessions or lines.
